Looking to fit the bonnet locks this weekend but then realised I need some brackets. Not sure if I should have had these or not so far. Anyway, any pictures of the location of the handles through the bonnet would be good (from the underside preferably as not quite sure where to put them through).
On the same topic, I'm having the problem that the bonnet fits perfectly when the struts aren't connected, but when connected, they push it to far towards the cockpit (on the n/s only) and I seem to be at my limit of the holes in the hinge - any suggestions apart from opening out the holes in the hinge bracket?

Hello Steve
Fitting the bonnet lock. If you look on the under side of the bonnet where the strengthening rib ends, treat the thick end as a circle. Drill from the inside, through the strenthening rib to the outside of the bonnet. Then make a paper template of the outside of the bonnet - turn it over and put it on the other side and drill the 2nd hole through from the top. (This will make sure the holes are in the same place). E-mail me and I will send a picture.
Bonnet gas rams. 1st make sure that you've let enough gas out of the rams (do one at a time letting gas out until one ram won't quite hold the bonnet open). If this still pushes the bonnet too far back, make sure that the bonnet hinge is pulled as far forward where it fits to inner wheelarch and elongate that hole if necessary.
I have tried to attache a picture, don't know if it will work, fingeres crossed.
