What is the best way of marking the position of the holes to drill for the front and rear nudge bars ? They are marked on the shell with black marker pen, but it does't look very accurate. Once drilled are there any escutcheon plates /grommets which will tidy up the holes ?

Hi Mick
The holes marked on the body give you a good starting point. If you start off by drilling a 10mm hole and then pre-fit the nudge bars and adjust to suit. Depending on the size of the stainless tube you will use to cover the M10 threaded bar will depend on the size of your hole. Normally you can make a neat enough job not to use any escutcheons, however, customers have made their own in the past, but we try not to use them as they draw the eye.
